To ensure the highest quality results and maintain our salon standards, please take note of the following before booking your appointment:

If you are a new client with existing lash extensions applied by another salon, you must book in for a consult or a removal appointment prior to your full set. We do not refill or work over other artists' work without looking at the lashes beforehand.

We reserve the right to decline service on the day if prior extensions have not been disclosed at the time of booking.

If you are new to The LBL House and would like eyelash extensions, you are required to book a full set for your first appointment. Refills are available for existing LBL House clients only.
These policies allow us to maintain the quality, longevity and consistency we are known for.
