GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates and E-Gift certificates can be purchased online or in store. Gift certificates and e-Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates and e-Gift certificates are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, certificates will not be replaced. Gift certificates and E-Gift certificates are non-refundable. All certificates expire 6 months from date of issue and must be redeemed prior to, or on, the expiry date. Expired certificates do not retain any value. The LBL House reserves the right to change services without notice. Certificates must be presented upon arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Certificate(s) or E-Gift Certificate(s). E-Gift Cards are automatically emailed to the requested email address.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information you give us will be dealt with in a confidential manner in accordance with our privacy policy. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that all aspects of your use of this website will be confidential due to the potential ability of third parties to intercept and access such information.
