Not happy with your purchase? Please let us know at email@example.com if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take it back within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns of products must be initiated within 14 days of your order being bought or delivered.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return and we will provide you with the return mailing address.
Please specify your order number in the email subject line – this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.
In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at email@example.com

Course Refund Policy
All courses, trainings, including kits, are non-refundable under any circumstance.
To reschedule a 1:1 Training reserved date, request must be submitted within 14 business days of the scheduled class date.
14 business days will apply on all Group courses.
